Software and supported devices
Choose the right application
Select biofeedback or polygraph first, then match your sensor, operating system and connection. Windows and Mac desktop installers require compatible real hardware. Supported mobile/Quest versions may offer clearly labeled Demo Signals. Downloading an app does not guarantee that every sensor works with it.
Connect and check the signal
Charge or power the device. Install the official application, use the credentials provided, and grant only permissions required for your chosen function. Connect by the documented USB, OTG or Bluetooth route. Check signal quality and changing live values before starting. Never share passwords or patient records in a sales inquiry.
Training, games and VR
Existing examples include guided breathing and a memory-card game. Images are interface previews, not customer measurements. A disconnected screen is not live feedback. Suitable software, local connection, permissions and compatible hardware or a supported demo mode are required. Application-interface languages are listed by the application itself.
Data and camera
Supported applications can combine sensor signals with visible eye, mouth and head movements from a standard camera, with user permission. Facial motion is contextual information, not certain emotion recognition. Do not infer a camera schema from sensor messages. Keep physiological data local unless there is an authorized, documented sharing arrangement.
